DURHAM, N.C. -
Durham police are trying to locate Robert Edward Lyons who is wanted on armed robbery and weapons charges.
Lyons, 27, of Dowd Street is charged with robbing a man of cash and a wallet at gunpoint November 9 in the 500 block of Dowd Street. Lyons is facing charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Anyone with information on Lyons' whereabouts is asked to call Investigator Cristaldi at 560-4281, ext. 29123 or CrimeStoppers at 683-1200. CrimeStoppers pays cash rewards for information leading to arrests in felony cases and callers never have to identify themselves.
